Style Facts:
Buster Bronco is the official mascot of Boise State University. While the nation plunged into the abyss of the Great Depression in 1932, the first students of Boise Junior College selected blue and orange as the schools colors and the bronco as the mascot. Decided in the first year, students wanted a mascot that suited the western area and at the time many wild horses roamed the Owyhee Mountains.
